i watched it on comedy central...i thought it kinda sucked....i prefer The Boondocks personally which is a great political cartoon

I pretty much dislike anything that cannot be done on an even playing field. For example, if there was a blatant white version of 'the boondocks' it would never fly. This is why i think that show is awful.

 

The Boondocks IS done in an all white version. Every other comedy cartoon. South Park rips on white people, just like the Boondocks rips on black people (most of the political comentary in the Boondocks attacks parts of African American culture that are illogical and stereotypical). Just like the Simpsons. And King of the Hill to an even greater extent. Are YOU serious Salty? Or maybe you haven't watched it...


I haven't seen minoriteam yet, I'll have to check it out.

 

This is the MAIN reason I want to start a White Caucus at my school. They already have a Black Caucus and a Latino one. The school would be forced to give it funding and support it. You KNOW it would recieve HUGE flaming from the other racial groups... Hypocrites.

 

I watched the pilot which seemed pretty thick with anti-white theme. I never watched it after that so maybe it's gotten much lighter? I don't really care either way...

 

I've never seen any anti-white anything on Boondocks, at least not that wasn't anti-everyone. One whole episode was dedicated to chastising rappers and their image. Another was dedicated to how prejudice is grown by both sides of a race devide, not just by one side (showing that African Americans are partiallly responsible for how they are treated). It's a social commentary, just like South Park and King of the Hill, only they actually include and pick on the African American community the most instead of hicks in CO or hicks in TX.

Look no further, we've got plenty of white caucuses down here in the South. It's called the KKK and anyone can join (even blind black men as Chappelle proved).
