Not that Gore isn't a hypocrit about carbon footprint, global warming, etc. because he is, but someone needs to do a bit more homework at the Humane Society before they jump all over someone. And it isn't on the endagered species list, the humane society and groups like it don't like the unregulated fishing industries that produce the fish for most restaurants.

Really?
Isn't this the same fish that was called "orange roughy"?
Can't get it any more due to being "at risk".
If this fish really isn't at risk, eat the **** out of it!
BTW...I don't know about role reversal, but I like role playing...

Here is the state department take on Chilean Sea Bass;
http://www.state.gov/g/oes/rls/fs/2002/8989.htm
Note that it isn't technically considered to be an endangered species, and-
"U.S. regulations allow imports of Chilean sea bass that are caught within legal limits and that provide for the sustainable use and conservation of the fishery resource."
the whole "scandal" sounds like more desperate gore-bashing, doesn't the right wing have anything better to do with their time?
