No I didnt say it was "ok". I said he lied like everyone does. You cant expect for 100% return on promises and if you do, you are naive as hell because that aint ever going to happen. LOL

Now that stated, I am sure we all could knit pick the hell out of each president and about what they have promised to do.

Yes his campaign is on "Change" and I am sure he will "Change" things but that dont mean he will make a mistake, break a promise, and or do what all of us humans do and simply **** up from time to time.

I am not justifying but nearly laughing at you all who think he is supposed to run this "sqeeky clean" term without bs/lies/and so forth.

Come on fellas, he never did he state he would run such a term/champaign.

Still excuses from Obama supporters. What you seem to overlook is that he has been lying from day one. Why say its ok just because he is human, and we all make mistakes. Well, we aren't ALL qualified to be the President of the United States of America (Obama included). I think it is time we all forget everything Obama said during his campaign.

You all can deem it as excuses all you want. Its a matter of fact that every single person who has ever campaigned and made office has broken promises, lied, and therefore to your specifications and definition, is a complete failure.

So yeah I have 4 years to make "excuses". However at least I can be real with myself and know that I am not living in a fairyland where the president is "true" word for word on their campaign and promises.

Never going to happen. They all sell us bull**** and thats fact.

But in Obama's case, you are excusing it as if it ok simply because others have done it in the past. Like I already said, didn't Obama say he was going to be different than what we are all used to?

But the question remains - if a candidate lies during his campaign even if he promises 'change' to the system he is lying about - does that make it OK?

First, **** *****, and no that aint my mentality.

Second like I said, I never said its OK. I am just not naive to the fact that people lie, including presidents. Thats part of the game and politics is straight cut throat to say the least.

Different, yeah I do think he has stated something to those lines. Again, will he be different, who knows?? I'd say only time will prove how good/bad he is at this job.

And I'll wait 4 years to see how it pans out; we all gonna have to wait. If he starts ****ing up shop and I disagree with the majority of his actions. I will have no problem to sit here and write about how stupid he turned. None what so ever.

Well knock me over with a feather, the public was lied to. Nobody likes being lied to, but you know it's going to happen. All we can do is make enough noise about it to keep the lies to a minimum. Unfortunately it's not a very effective method in this country.
