NEW YORK - To the dismay of gay-rights activists, the Food and Drug Administration is about to implement new rules recommending that any man who has engaged in homosexual sex in the previous five years be barred from serving as an anonymous sperm donor.
The FDA has rejected calls to scrap the provision, insisting that gay men collectively pose a higher-than-average risk of carrying the AIDS virus.

Thats smart but retarded at the same time. You can check the sperm to find out if they carry aids. You would think they would do this automatically anyways. Who knows.
Aids is a very very scary thing, and the fact that it has doubled amoung U.S. blacks worries me to no end. Sex education really need to be pushed in public schools in poverity areas a whole lot more.

You can perhaps measure how screwed up a culture is by the aids transmission rates... like in Africa where rape is one of the major acts leading to aids tranmission.... and where men with aids think having sex with virgins (including infants) will cure them... sad outlook, but do we really want them on the planet? If we treat them with aids meds, it only makes the problem worse, because they continue to spread the disease.
Don't get me wrong... I've hooked up with many chicks and was very lucky not to get it... one time I was hitting on this African American girl but was too tired to take her home that one night... later found out her boyfriend came down with full blown aids... I dodged a bullet on that one!!!

This administrations sex-ed plan is a joke. Just tell them not to have sex and they wont! That'll work! Or maybe, if we tell them its immoral then they will stop, 'specally them there homosexuals

If someone is attracted to the other sex, that is not their fault. Are they supposed to fake it and marry someone who they are not attracted to?
Let people live their own goddamn lives. THat is something that pisses me off MORE than anything else about organized religon. You all feel that you have to push your way of life upon everyone else, even if they dont believe it. The "I'm right your wrong" attitude is so ignorant! You think they are going to hell? Well, they dont believe that way, so dont try to change them. Maybe they are right, maybe you are, and maybe nobody is. Forcing religon upon anyone is something that people should be dragged out into the street and shot for. I'm sick of the religous right saying that anyone that dosn't believe what they want are sinners and should convert!

So we should start teaching kids about homosexuality in schools?
Because from what you are saying we should teach them to avoid unprotected homosexual acts because they are a higher risk of transmission.
