One of the women I work with is from Germany, and she says in that country it barely matters who is in charge; the beurocracy runs itself pretty much. That's just heresay though, I have no idea how German politics work.

The title made me chuckle
I've heard that in Germany, if you fail a driving test three times, you're sent for a checkup at mental institution. Joke or not, I like that idea

Not true. I lived their for 10 years and not once did I hear this. I could possible wrong but I highly doubt it. Atleast my little brother who was born there didn't have to have his name approved. And our German neighbors never mentioned it when they had their kids. Shrug.

Its actually REALLY REALLY hard to pass the driving classes there. And also its very expensive. **** they even had a driving test for bicycles, if you can believe that, with a little road coarse and everything for you to learn the rules before you took the test. They really don't take driving as a joke their. Something I wish America would do.

She also said they have different classes of drivers liscenses where you have to be certafied to drive a "sports car". Have you heard of that? I think we should adopt a program like that for trucks and suvs.
