Not sure what the rest of the bill involves but I bet it's very beneficial to women. Too bad there's always some downside to these bills that deserves the spotlight.

I think this is a great law, but instead of making it a criminal offense, they should have post pictures of those people.
I would love to see the pics of all those dorky overweight geeks that talk so much **** from behind the computer pretending to be tough know it all.
Maybe make them do a lip synching music video to Village People with no clothes all. That would teach them a lesson... LOL!
