I think you worded your question wrong. As it's written, yes it is possible to enslave illegals. It's even possible to make it official policy. However I think you were asking can we legally and morally enslave illegals, and that's a no because since we freed the slaves we did have in America we've been opposed to slaves regardless of political party/leaning. In fact, we go out and make sure other countries that use slavery have a difficult or impossible time doing so.

This is why we need to instill smoe self-govt measures. For example, wouldnt it be cool if you could flag a bunk thread? If 10 different users flagged it then it would get sh!tcanned to the troll boards, where Hella belongs.
Or, we could implement a maximum thread creation per user per week, etc... People have stopped coming in here as much primarily because of these jack-*** threads with no rhyme or reason.

That would make to damn much sense to be implemented.
