For months, Bush Jr. has been saying that we're winning, and sometimes he says we have won, the 'war on terror'. Then on NBC two days ago, he said the war on terror is impossible to win, that we'll never win. Then yesterday in his speach for the RNC, he said we are winning and will win the war on terror. And people say Kerry is the one who changes his stances...my bet is that Bush doesn't even realize he's contradicted himself...his memory must not go back that far.
