An Army Reservist despondent about being sent to Iraq was killed by police during a 14-hour standoff that began Christmas night...

He just saw more action (to the point of death) for something more idiotic than personal reasons not to go to Iraq. Was he going to start shooting family? ****'em.

I know we used the stealth in Gulf War One - which is why Iraqis were frantically shooting AAA fire into the air during the initial strikes. If we did use it we used it to destroy hard targets filled with badguys... not civilians in the streets... you don't use stealth technology for that. No sir, the insurgents and terrorists have that in check with their careless attacks.
I'll never understand left-leaning politics in this respect (or any other respect for that matter). Say what you want about entering Iraq. It may not have the best decision ever made nor were the reasonings behind the greatest. But the ideas and intentions outside of WMD were well within reach and even reasonable in many respects. Imagine if the Islamo-fueled insurgency didn't exist - the very reason behind us not being able to advance. We'd be home by now, Saddam would still be hung in a month, and Iraq would be a relatively balanced power. But nope, you post a link to a site that has a picture of a stealth bomber on their website instead of these guys:

No room for error with civilian casualty in that picture... Except for the man holding/guiding a mortar tube with his hands at Allah’s Will, and of the man shooting a light two-man machine gun single handily and at a 30 degree angle into the sky. None whatsoever, Zero, Nada.
