Coilovers suggestions?!
Hey guys! I'm knew to this form and was looking around to find out what suspension I should get. I was thinking of getting Stance GR+. I've talked to couple of friends that drove STI's/WRX and they had Stance GR+ and said it's a cooo ride with some good handling. A couple of my other friends are rolling on zeal coilovers, that's a little too pricey. Any suggestions for my 08 WRX?! Thanks!

What are you looking to do?????
Auto cross? SCCA track days? Lower your car and get a better ride for the street?
I have Cobb springs, and Kyb's which was about half the cost of coilovers and does what I need done.
If your not gonna track it I say save the money and get some springs....

I would like to lower my car, and for better handling. Friends suggested to get coilovers and said it will be worth it. One day, I would like to bring my car to the track just for fun

Yeah you can get it lowered and Good stiffness with just springs. Unless your gonna time attack or Autocross weekly save the money.
But to each his own if you have the cash go for it.

Stance doesn't make anything for the '08-'11 WRX yet...
The FA's and BC's are both about $1,000 a set.
Lot of people like the BC's. Although I'm not completely satisfied with mine. The FA's a still pretty fresh and not a lot of people have them yet, but so far I have been hearing good things.
There are also other brands; H&R, Eibach, Cusco, KW, Tein, As well as a bunch of other cheap sets as well.

Just ordered these ISC N1's with thrust kit (for noise reduction) under $900. Order them from IMPORTIMAGE on nasioc. They have hands down, the best customer service and fastest response to pm's even on sundays, that I have seen in a very long time.
Check out this thread, tons of great feedback for these! :

Ooh cool!! thanks man, I might have to invest in them. Still looking around, but these are good for its price. I'm sure I'll have enough cash within the next 2 weeks. Can't wait too drop my car! ^^
Love the TEIN Monoflex. Had the Greddy Coilovers, those were good too. Just wanted to try the TEINs and I love them.
You really only get the most out of your coilovers if you properly tune them.
