will sti lower control arm 4 wrx work on gc8?
I believe wrx lower control arm's have a different part number but 93-01 I believe are the same part number and I was reading an Ad for sti control arm for a wrx it said can be used on a 95+ so whats up with that? I bent my lower control arm on my 94 sooo I need a new control arm asap

You would need the lower ball joint, the GC/GC/GF aluminum control arm (yes the regular WRXs also used to come with them), the front swaybar, the crossmember and the end links. The new body cars will not work so don't bother. If your lucky you will find the old school aluminum control arms used for around $500 which is a deal considering they were close to a $1000 brand new and that doesn't include the ball joint, the cross member the swaybar or the endlinks. We put a set in Impreza Riders car from the other site. Of course he had a entire front clip so swapping the parts over was easy.

Car Info: 1993/2000/2001 GF4 mostly red
'93-'01 STi control arms will work, '02+ will not. The newer GD chassis has a wider front track due to different control arm lengths. If the one for sale came off the same year group as your car, it will work.

thanks for your guys help I guess I'll pick up a legacy control arm or something is it worth to buy both control arms from a different car if only one of them is just bent
