The rotor for the Subaru 4pots use the WRX size rotors. I know that DBA has slotted rotors for the WRX. So the specific type of rotor should be easy to find.

I'm currently running the DBA club spec rotors (4000- one piece), these are track ready rotors. They managed to squeeze a 1mm more in thickness- 25 vs 24, they also squeezed an additional mm in diameter (295 vs 294). They also utilize some slick technology to reduce rotor temps by ~ 20% over stock. This same technology also reduces rotor distortion. They also come w/ some neat thermographic dots to moniter rotor temps (also aids in the seasoning of the rotors).

They also make a two piece 5000 for the four pots (5010 for 2 pots).

I have been wanting to try out the DBA rotors. But I am just not sure as to how they would hold up but if they are able to survive track days then I guess that would prove it can hold up quite well.

Just ensure to get the club spec ones (4000 or 5000 series), the 600 series is strictly a street rotor and won't endure the stress of track use. My next set I'm contemplating getting cryoed (take every advantage I say).

Okay, because I know someone that ran 650 rotors on the track and I warned him that they could warp because it seems like those rotors were not designed for the track. I guess he is lucky since his rotors were not warped. But I will make sure to get the club spec ones.

That was a valid warning. Personally I don't think I'd ever have cross drilled rotors, they look pretty- but in most instances weaken the rotor.

I totally agree with you on that. I do not like the idea of having cross drilled rotors either. I only have one set that is just for show purposes only. I either run a normal type of rotor or slotted.
