whiteline "heavy duty" front endlink broke

so my whiteline "heavy duty" front endlink broke today. this isnt the s-shaped one, but the fatty super heavy duty one. whate happened is the small washer on the bolt end got suckerd into the bushing and the insert is sticking out the other end. its like it slipped off onto the washer. thing is i cant get to the bolt. im thinking i might go to the hardware store and buy some bigger washers if i can get it off. any ideas? is it driveable? this is a 2004 impreza rs with the whiteline setup. the endlinks have been on for a while and the bar was put on just before the test drive. followined instructions and torque settings exactly. any suggestions?

I would submit these photos to the vendor where you got this part from. Whiteline USA usually will warranty this type of issues.

Good luck

Why are you getting so much lateral force on the link? Is your bar walking off center? If so, there are collars available to keep the bar centered. Have you been extremely careful when jacking the car? Some people have had problems with their links that way.
