The dealership has replaced the wheel bearings and housing on my back right wheel 2 times. Now we have the car in for a 3rd time. Any ideas, as to what the real problem is?

 

Are you running the stock rims?

If not, what's the offset of your rims?

If you are running the stockers, then I don't have a clue what the deal is.

 

The bad rear wheel bearings have been a problem on Subarus for a few years now. One guy had his rear bearing done about 5 times before finally trading the damn thing in before the warranty ran out. He also was running stock suspension, stock rims and tires. If its under warranty then stock documenting it and see what you can do about a Lemon Law case.
