whats the best suspension set up

I have perrin rear sway bar, perrin endlinks, sti front and rear strut bars, and new tein flex coilovers, I was wondering on what height should I put my car so I get the best out of what I have, lately when I take corners really hard the back seems to have a slight wobble, is that normal for tein or just could be the tires, also my sway bar is on the middle seting. I would appreciate it if I can get your 2cents about it and see what kind of set ups other people have aswell.

You need an alignment..... for what you've done it is prudent. Also i woundnt think that the hardest setting is needed for street use.... i mean your running pretty stiff......

found the problem

I looked under and saw that the boltson the sway bar mount backed out a bit so I put some torque glue and torqued them down, I think that was the problem, but I think I also need a alingment also. thank you people for the info.
