ok so this is what gino told me to do... take a little teflon tape and start in the middle of the bushing, go to one end then the other ending back in the middle, at least that's how i remember him telling me. you may want to double check with him. he's over at gbmotorsports/mpj.
yep, use teflon tape. give it a few layers, and make sure its wide enough so that if the sway bar were to move side to side a little, it still would be safe.
but if you choose to use grease, make sure you use the lithium grease thats NOT in spray form... you want the thick goop.

ok thanks for the replies....i got the hotchkis bars and in the installation instructions it specified not to use a lithium based grease but i found a few threads that say to use lithium based like above... the reasoning hotchkis gives is because he says lithium based grease washes out with water...i was leaning towards non-lithium since its from hotchkis, does anyone have a for sure answer?
any more on this teflon tape idea? you use just the teflon or both the grease and tape? any help would be appreciated.

Any aluminum complex type grease, NLGI grade 2 should work well. I picked up a tube of some Schaeffer Moly Ultra Supreme grease (# 238) for $5. This stuff has something like 8% moly, and coats well. Aluminum complex greases are completely waterproof, and this particular grease is designed for extreme mechanical shock conditions. More info at:
