What does each alignment spec mean?

I know what camber is but what is toe and SAI? I know that camber and toe can lead to bad tire wear so there's no need to inform me on that, but what is the degree that's measured by the machine?

A guy at Firestone told me that SAI goes out of whack when you lower a car and it can't really be changed... My SAI is in the red according to their 'acceptable specs' but they said they can't alter it in any way. Is it okay to be in the red?

Camber, caster, and toe from Wikipedia.

SAI is Steering Axis Inclination as defined and explained at http://www.familycar.com/Alignment.h...nation%20(SAI).

You didn't state if your car is actually lowered or what suspension mods you have.
