What is the best spring u can buy?

I have done a few engine mods but I really need to not almost hit a sign when I really want to make a turn. Right now I'm just going to get some springs.(buy the susp. step by step) Cost really doesn't matter that much unless it's outrageous.
Which springs are going to give me the best performance without droping it to where i can't park or get up my encredibly steep driveway?
-note I drive it pretty hard(reliability) most of the time, and I entend to add more and more susp. parts. I hope I'm not asking for too much. I was at first going to buy eibachs until I read the threads on the forums. and people talked about TEIN's and the STI's.
I apparently don't know that much about this stuff so please help!!
Thanx

If you want to buy just springs, then definitely get Eibach, but if you're willing to go a little farther off the bat look at Prodrive's "road" setup. Non-adjustable but VERY well set up.
