A friend of mine has it on his 05 sti; he complains that although it looks nice, it is noticeably softer then stock and is not as responsive. "The body roll sucks worse then stock", he says.

The ride quality is pretty good though, positive side of a soft spring. But it does show how overdamped his suspension is now with the softer springs, as even stock the STi is overdamped. IMHO from what it appears, the S-Tech is a step down performance-wise for the STi, but does what it was designed for, comfort + visual appeal.

I helped A friend put Tein's sprong's on his 2005 STI It looks and handls great. Very good spring and you get what you pay for. The only thing I could tell you is when you get the springs also get A rear and front sway bar also. It will help the body roll and hard conering.
