yeah, i must agree. these are some seriously awesome struts for a road car. they are silky smooth on roads, soak up bumps like they weren't even there, and they're somehow still able to improve the handling of the car like you wouldn't believe.

i might have to consider getting these. i'm actually in the market for upgrading my suspension.

steppin razor: where are you located? if we're within a reasonable distance, would it be possible for me to get a ride in your car?

im lovin mine too. front is all the way down and the rear is about 2 turns up. perfect ride height, no bumpiness/ sore backs, and handles soo much better then stock. with it all the way down im running stock 16s with 225 tires and have no scraping or rubbing issues at all even with four 6'2+ friends in the car. Been this way for over 6 months now and not a single problem.

Another thumbs up from me. I run mine at a conservative 6 rotations up from the bottom for the front and 7 rotations in the rear:

I had them at 15/15 for RallyX:

I'll probably run them higher at the next event: 20/20?

dude, trust me, you made the right choice. i have the type wagons with 18" subzeros and 225.40 kumho 712s and the ***** RUBS!! on the fender lips all around, as well as the front inner shoulders rubbing in the fenderwell.

i am actually selling my type wagons as i am looking for a more aggressive setup for track use. anybody interested at $700?

The clunking is usually the result of the strut not being torqued to the mount. Double check it with a torque wrench. They shouldn't clunk, but they will definitely transmit more NVH from the road than the stockers. STi strut tops will improve turn-in, but it comes at the expense of a little more harshness and a slight increase in any choppiness your car may already have.
