I recently bought a 2005 STI and it already has a Tein fully adjustable Coil Over suspension. My question is, how do I determine what type of Tein suspension it is?? (i.e. where is the part #, is it a SS, etc.?)
The reason I ask is because I want to buy the EDFC for it, but I don;t know which one to buy since I am not exactly sure what I have. Are all the EDFC's Tein sells compatible with their suspension systems?

not at all EDFC's are compatible..all i know if u got tein "FLEX" coil cover it shoud be compatible..!

 

Is there anyway to tell if it is the FLEX suspension just by looking at the suspension on the vehicle?

 

ya, i had the question, but once you jack up the car, you should be able to tell right on the suspension. good luck
