Tein H vs S

I'm looking at these for my 05 WRX Wagon and I wanted to know if anyone has felt both.

The H's show a higher spring rate (229 , 196 vs. 218 , 157)so I'm guessing this means stiffer ride.

But the H's don't lower the car as much (-1.0 , -0.4 vs. -1.7 , -0.8)

Any help would be much appreciated.
