I got an 02 wagon. I think that along with nice, sticky tires, they are an awesome purchase.
First, the heighth adjustment is too easy. Maybe not the easiest on the market, but I'm satisfied.
The dampening adjustment, along with the EDFC, is also a very useful tool. I'm not sensitive enough to feel any big difference in my butt, but when I'm up to speed, the ride feels tighter.

i have the flex coilovers on my 03 edan and I love them. it is so worth it to pay a little extra and get the edfc. I have ridden both these and the jic flt-a2 and they are really comprable but I have to go with the flex if I could choose mostly just based on how functionable they are.

I have the Flex with EDFC in my sedan and I absolutely abhor them
The ride is just brutal. It feels like I get beat up everytime I drive the car for more than 30 minutes. The range of adjustment provided by the EDFC is definitely lacking. It goes from very stiff to stiff. I have a Tein/EDFC setup in another type of car and love it. On that car, the range of the EDFC was much much more than that of the WRX Flex. I would not buy these for a WRX, again.

i have Tein Flex coilovers without the EDFC and the ride is pretty harsh but overall i like them. i'm planning on buying the EDFC soon so i'm hoping that the ride is going to get better. i'll keep you posted
I just installed flex's last night, there is a clunking coming from the drivers side rear shock, cant figure that out, but overall the suspension is amazing.
I am getting less understeer with all this camber up front. HE HE.

i have the tein flex on my car as well with edfc, and i agree that it is more harsh than the stock ride, but provides much better handling results. in addition, it can ride less harsh than some springs. (i have an '02 sedan)
as for joshuagore and the clunking noise, is the middle bolt tight? mine clunked and it made that noice, just tighten it.. every now and again it will get loose

i know the tein wagon's do not handle as well as the tein flex's...
but the tein flex may not fit on a wagon.

Few notes:
The Flex units since this past Monday ship with 8/7 springs, not the old 5/5. So, the impressions of current Flex users should not apply in your decision.
I am not sure what you are looking for, but for my taste 8/7 setup would be truly wonderful. For general street usage it may be on the rough side however.
Also, the JIC FLTA2 units, with 7/5 (would recommend 7/6 btw) are really nice, save for the EDFC, but JIC just increased their prices about $90 per set. So, there is more of a difference in price with the Flex now.
I would still prefer the FLTA2 setup though.
