Sway bar sizes

Sway bar sizes
I was wondering what the benefits were to each of the difference sizes.
I've have originally ordered 24mm F/R Whiteline sway bars from a shop and the front sway is backordered and was given the option of getting a 22mm instead since the shop has it readily available.
My car is my DD but I also plan on doing 2-3 HPDE track days a year.
Related mods include:
- Coilovers
- Strut Bars
- Endlinks were also purchased for sway bars.
