sway bar question

i just bought a cusco rear sway bar for my 04 wrx and i noticed on the instruction sheet that for each hole at the end of the bar, they have assigned a % to it. For hola A = 133%, B= 148%, and C= 185%. Does that refer to the stiffness? If so wich one is the most suitable for a daily driver car? Any info would be greatly appreciated

Yes that should tell you the stiffness in comparison to stock. Most people (from what I've read) use the middle hole. I believe the stiffest setting is too stiff for everyday use.

I have my set on the middle hole and am happy with the balance.

It's strange that people recommend the middle setting. My whiteline bar is on the stiffest setting with solid endlinks and a stock front swaybar but it still doesn't oversteer...it slides neutrally.
