sway bar help!

I purchased a perrin rear adjustable sway bar while i was deployed. I had plan to put it on my 06 wrx. as I was doing the install, I noticed that the sway bar was about four inches longer than the stock one. Does anyone know what year this thing came off of so I can sell it for cheap? It was the "A" style hd mounts with it.

Is it possible to get the length measurement of an 00-01 rear sway bar?

don't the aftermarket endlinks account for the difference in length?

I don't think so...when I installed my whiteline front and rear sway bar they are the same length as the oem ones, it is just width and how forwards or how backwards you bolt'em up with the endlinks..

that prob. made no sense...

as for your question...

I believe the 00-01 is a GC chasis so it will be dif. than your 06, so if the guy had it on his GC then it won't work on your car!!

If you can get enough for it, I would sell it and pick yourself up a whiteline rear sway bar with whiteline rear endlinks!

I highly recommend them!!

Chances are it's for an STi. They are about 2 inches wider then a standard WRX rear bar. Pics will help.
