The track is different on the sedan (wider) than the wagon.
Also top-hat position is a little different in the rear of the wagon. (Just a little higher).
So some do work, some don't. I have the Tein RAs on my wagon and they fit.

me im hopefully going to get something along the line of tein ss or tein wagon
wasnt a fan of coilover but i changed my mind .....i just hate to see cars sagging in the back ( unless is ripping the road )

The wagon is the same dimension in the rear as the GC cars, or narrow than the GD Sedan. So make sure when you buy if you buy the GC setup or Rs2.5 setup you will be OK. You can also use the Sti strut tops for the GC , there is an adaptor plate to make them compatiable. DMS make a 40mm but they are more expensive than Tein. They handle really well and if you need some help let us know. I am a big DMS support and have them on my car..
