Suspension - where to begin?

I have a bone stock MY01 2.5RS. I have about $300-$400 to spend on upgrades (for the moment), and have decided suspension has the biggest need. I am thinking sway bars and end links, but I of course want the best bang for the buck. Also, I'd like to keep my warranty intact (I have another 30k to go on the warranty).
Any ideas? Thanks!

Definately a rear sway bar. Makes a huge difference. I also hear the whiteline anti-lift kit is worthwhile as well. Struts, springs, and finally strut bars last is how I would go about it. Of course though, that all adds up $. But for 3, 400 bucks, I'd definately stick with a swaybar and endlinks. IF you have any left over, look into that anti-lift kit.

Cusco is definately my choice, the Cusco rear sway bar is 3 way adjustable 20, 22, and 24 mm and will definately alleviate the understeer inherent in our cars design. Whitleine and MRT are the same.
You should get an anti-lift kit ($140), Rear sway bar ($175), and end links ($100) in that order. And don't forget to get an alignment when your done.

I have all Cusco on my car, but if I had a budget and wanted parts I would buy Whiteline.....I get the same job done, with a little more noise.

20mm fhi/sti swaybar, about 100 from any subaru dealer. Then save another hundred dollars and get some good struts (at least Kyb/agx) for about 400-450.
Oh yeah, best performance mod for under 500 for your car kumho V700 205/45 16 and auto-x the hell out of it.

Get a used WRX sedan swaybar and some kartboy endlinks. Then get a rear strut bar used too for cheap, or one of the whiteline $75 ones. Then spend the rest on springs.
for a 01 rs, i agree go with the rear sway, and the endlinks. i dont have a rs, but a friend of mine said that the endlinks made a huge difference. the car itself felt alot more stable.
i myself am going to buy the endlinks soon. im going for kartboys.
