I really need some help guys first of all i want to basically change my suspension everything from the springs to the links, pillow mounts etc?

I was wondering what is a good setup to run what i am looking for is something for a daily driver but eventually the car will be used for auto x? I was thinking of a coilover but dont even know what to go with what should i look at?

Also what sways, and strut bars should i look at? Pillow mounts are they really needed? Also how about the links, rods and all the little hardware that you really wouldn't think of?

Start small... get big
first get a rear sway bar, i recommend perrin or progress because they come with heavy duty mounts. if you would like you could get endlinks at the same time. this is the biggest handling improvement.
then either get a shock/spring combo or a coilover setup. some descent coilovers come with pillowball mounts like the flex, hipermax etc. i would get coilovers rather than just springs and shocks.
then if you go toward auto x like i do in stx get the front sway bar. the best way to learn to drive your car is learn its limits and modding it and learning the different way your car reacts. do one mod, learn how your car reacts, do another etc.
if you do it all at once i assure you unless you have a lot of expereince with different cars youll b pretty slow.

 

btw coilovers

Tein flex, cusco zero (any model), hks hipermax 2 or rs, tein ss-p , megan racing.
imo ranked from best to descent. flex = best buy for the money.

 

Try the Whiteline G4 coilovers. You will not be disappointed. Nice on the street and awesome on the autocross. It just soaks the bumps up very well. Soren of MPJ has some used set up for sale still I think.
