You'll need new rear tophats in the rear for this to work. Also the front struts are designed for a sedan and your camber will be off. Get v7 sti wagon suspension instead.

I figured about the top hats, but I forgot about the extra width up front in the sedan vs. the wagon. Thanks a lot.

The STi wagon is a very nice setup and it's specific for the wagon. Top it off w/ the Grp N tops and you a very good handling and good daily driving car. You be wanting for too much more out of a suspension.

Used set here, complete w/ Grp N tops:

Thanks for the info. That's pretty much the exact setup I'm looking for. And for the money, thats a far cry from what I'd be looking at for some coilovers. My wagon just clocked a little over 51k, so I'll be due soon for new struts and springs, this may just be the best option.

Are you importing these yourself or is it a vendor your associated with?

Thanks again.

These are on my car right now (04 wagon ), bought everything new from Langston Subaru- the set only has 7500 miles on them.

I had a 02 sedan previously setup w/ the STi RA strut/spring/Grp N tops and absolutely loved it- autox/track days and very importantly daily driving (my wife's daily driver!). Plus the confidence of oem build and reliability. They quit making the STi wagon w/ the v7 model, but I knew I wanted the same performance out of my wagon- so I opted for the v7 STi wagon setup, again w/ the Grp N tops. Absolutely the same confidence inspiring performance I had in my sedan (again this car is my wife's daily driver- she enjoys the STi setup over stock ).

I purchased a set of the "new" STi pink wagon springs, planning on just swapping out springs and rear tops. I found out that FHI also made minor changes to the rear struts (in addition to the rear tops/springs)- this has proven fitful for many trying to use v7 struts w/ v8 springs. I was originally going to have a machine shop retro fit the rear struts to match the v8 ones, but stumbled onto a set of v8 wagon inverted struts- I honestly don't know what these are off of, as they quit making the STi wagon. They are clearly wagon struts, clearly inverted (and 40mm pistons), but am unsure what they came off of- possibly a jdm WRX wagon or special edition wagon.

Long story, but that is why my current STi wagon setup is available
