STi Suspension
I am trying to emmulate the STi suspension on my 04 wrx. I want the car to be a bit stiffer to improve the handling, and I would like to lower it a bit to get the stance that the STi has. I was thinking about the prodrvie springs and the STi aluminium strut bars in the front and back. Will this help? I know I will need more suspension help to get the whole thing done right, but is this a good way to start? I also want to add some OZ 17" wheels when I can afford them.
I will post some pics in the next post to help...
Thanks,
Ben

the cars are at a slightly different distance to the camera so that makes it a bit tricky, but to me it looks like the STi has the stock 17"s and the wrx has the upgrade 17"s, but look at how much bigger the wheel well gap is on the wrx. This leads me to beleive that the STi is lowered. The skirt on the STi makes it tough to know for sure though because I don't know if it is an optical illusion or what.
Thanks for any input...

Put the STi suspension in your WRX, maybe? Same bosy, it should be a fairly easy swap. But from those pics, I don't see the STi sitting any lower, it's probably just an optical illusion cause by the different colors of the cars. The gap just looks bigger on the silver car because thare is more contrast between the shadow and body. My guess, anyways.
