Steering rack bushings (torque specs)

Steering rack bushings (torque specs)
Just wanted to double check. Are the torque specs for the steering rack bushings on the '05-up WRX the same as the '02-'04 (45 ft./lbs.)? Wasn't sure because I do know they're different setups and different bushings.
