Springs with Koni inserts: Espelir or Tein H-Tech

Hi, Guys!

Need your help choosing a spring to go with my Koni Sport (Yellow) inserts.

My choices: Espelir ASD or Tein H-Tech

Espelir: Rate 185/145, height -1.5/-1.0 PROGRESSIVE
Tein H-Tech: Rate 195/140, height -1.4/-0.6 LINEAR

I am looking for improved handling, lower (more even) fender gap, and a decent ride. I do mostly street driving with an occasional track day. The springs above are almost the same with the exception that Espelir is progressive and Tein is linear. What is better for handling?

Thanks!
Maniac.

OT, but are those the correct spring rates for the ASD? Reason asking is cuz this was the only post I was able to find anything about their spring rates.
