were they made for the 2004 wrx or did yuo have to also buy the rear top mounts from the previous models?
i dont want to hastle in spending more money on mounts from an older car. just my opinion.

no, they were made for the 02/03 wrx. i stayed with them because a friend of mine was kind enough to let me use the rear top mounts from his 02/03 wrx.
post to find out if someone would be willing to sell their top mounts. typically these would be people who have upgraded their stock top mounts, or have converted over to coilovers.
last i checked ionperformance.com was selling race and sport springs for the 04.

i think eibach has springs for 2004 subaru, im going to check it ou tnow.
Dang, where were you when i needed them Krinkov! I ended up paying $140 for the rear strut tops from FastWRX.com and then i had to buy the rubber seats too from Subaru for $30 a pair. I've got Tein S-techs by the way. Looking back though, i feel i wasted a lot of money on this. Wish i would have just gone with the full coilover set up.

heh, well I bought them too for this reason, I was going to run teins, then I heard H&Rs were coming out with 04s, kinda wish I would have run the teins though, this front gap is killing me!
