can anyone that knows how or has installed springs on their subie tell/show me the procedure.

Yeah. That's pretty much it. It is pretty straight forward. I'd suggest having a friend around. It is easier to do with a helping hand.

That's the one GrimmSpeed did. There are a few tips at the bottom. Even though it is a coilover set-up, it is very similar to shock/spring install.
