Exclamation Sedan struts on a wagon...

Man has argued for many moons as to what happens to the wagon if the sedan struts are put on.

Here is the deal:

I have a sedan that had Koni inserts with prodrive springs. The sedan and the wagon are both 2002.

I'm selling the sedan. I put the Koni/Prodrive on the wagon and stock wagon strut/spring on the sedan. Everything bolted up just right.

I took the wagon for alignment:

Take one: stock strut bolts. -0.3 camber, 2.8 caster 0 toe.

Take two: stock upper bolt 14mm FarstCambolt(#81260) in the lower hole, -0.7 camber, 2.8 caster 0 toe. Back has #35420 Fast-Cam bolt in the top hole resulting in -0.9 camber 0 toe.

Take three: upper and lower hole have 14mm Fast-Cam bolts, -1.3 camber, 2.8 caster, 0 toe.

There was more adjustment available in the front camber, but I chose to stop at -1.3 camber.

Hope this is useful,
Dmitry

P.S. I'm not sure if the top bolt was really necessary. The alignment tech did not have the washer in exactly right position on the bottom bolt. May be that is why he could not get as much camber as I wanted. I had him fix all that for take three.
