Ride height/Tire grind?
If i lower my car by 1.3 inch with Eibach pro kit springs, do I have to buy a camber kit or new shocks? I'm also going to buy new 17" rims but don't know if the tire will grind against any part of the wheel well during cornering.

Depends on how wide of a tire you get, you might be able to get away without rubbing. 1.3" is quite a bit, but really not all that excessive - just limit your tire width that's all. If it rubs, it's usually the rear first as the front fenders are higher to allow steering.

I'm on 17 inch OZ S.L.'s, they're only 7 inches wide which might help?

Well you have to remember something that is often over looked. Not ever 215/45R17 is the same in terms of their designs and appearances. If you compare various 215/45R17s, they will each be different in their own way. I know that most Bridgestone tires should be okay and Michelin tires. I know that some Pirellis will not rub either. I am sure that if you got S03PPs with that setup, you should not have any rubbing. Also are you driving a sedan or wagon?
So with that in mind, if you lower the car, then get a tire that has a very stiff sidewall and is not bulgey(sp).
