Rear alignment with springs.

My car has progress springs on them and I am wondering without having rear camber plates, is it possible to get the car alignment as close to stock as possible, ie. 1 deg difference?

Car is basically a 2002 WRX on progress springs that drop 1.8f and 1.5r.

You need to buy camber bolts, I bellieve most will adjust up to one degree.

Buy some camber bolts and put them in the front, then take the stock front bolts and put them in the rear. That will allow more adjustment up from where you need it and still allow you to put the back to factory spec.
