I couldn't find a manufacturers website, but I did find this place that sells them (http://www.springrates.com/store/products_new.php), among other nameless brands I've never heard of (with the exception of the Tein, H&R, Buddy Club, and Endless stuff). If you have doubts or can't find the answers you're looking for on the particular set of coilovers you are looking at, don't buy them, I made that mistake once. Plus, when your coilovers need a rebuild, what if they don't do that? You will have to buy another set. Most of the nameless brand stuff that I've seen is brought over from Australia and manufactured in Taiwan, Korea, etc. (everywhere except Japan). Most I would say are street coilovers max, and I would never track with them. Also, buying coilovers that have companies stateside (i.e. Tein and Endless) you get the advantage of cheap rebuilds and short service times on your coilovers because you don't have to send them overseas.
