Question: Cusco rear strut bar for GF8.
Hi everyone, iam having some trouble to find the instrutions on how to install a cusco "rear" strut bar on a GF8 (93-01 wagon). iam wondering if i need to cut the plastic that covers the strut hats. if so, how much i need to cut? pictures would be nice too.
can someone shed some light on this one??

Easy install for sure. I went with the 40.
As far as the tower covers go - I thought I was going to do a series of fancy, narrow, angled cuts to fit snugly around the mounts where they passed through the cover, but that idea went out the window real fast once I tried lining everything up. I ended up with a clean box-square cut that the mount passes through. Looks fine from the driver's seat! I also had to remove the inner black-plastic covers that topped the mounts to get the covers to stay on too. Loktite on the nuts for sure.
cheers, chrx
