Progress springs lower on driver side

I recently installed progress lowering springs on my 2004 wrx. I am concerned about the driver side being lower than the passanger side. I took measurments and the driver side is indeed lower. Only about an 8th of an inch. I'm wondering if anyone else has the same problem with these springs. My struts are brand new so I know they aren't blown out. If anyone knows anything about this and what is causing it please let me know.

Progress springs

The springs have had a month to settle. I'm thinking of getting rid of them and going with 03 prodrive springs with my buddies 03 tophats.
