which way does the spring go in when you install it?.... the compressed side on the top or bottom...?....? help meeh out here......they are tanabe springs......

Just put them in the same the stock ones come out.. Just make sure to have them seated correctly. If you take them apart you should see how easy it is. If you are unsure just do one at a time so you have one for reference. It looks like the Tanabe springs have writing on them I am guessing the writing should not be upside down..

what year WRX? on my '04 wagon. the narrow part is up and the wide part is down. YMMV
