I'm not sure if the camber will need to be adjusted with these springs, but probably so. The front camber is adjustable, the alignment shop will have to install camber bolts in the rear to adjust it, as it's not adjustable from the factory. The alignment shop should have told you this.

Caster isnt adjustable and My car with SPT (eibach) springs with a 1.2" drop in rear had -2 degrees of camber (rear) so I got camber bolts. I drove with it at -2 for a couple weeks and no big deal. front has camber bolts.

Zumnwrx has the eibachs, he got it aligned and they were able to adjust it back to stock settings. I have Whiteline springs (almost the same drop) and i was also able to get the camber back to factory settings. You have nothing to worry about my friend!!

If you want the car to handel better you dont want factory camber, you want more - camber.

When you say they got it back to factory specs they did it with camber bolts right? The rear isnt adjustable without a bolt kit.

My general rule of thumb is that unless I'm doing something basic like changing the swaybar, anytime I mess with the suspension I get the car realigned.

If you're lowering the car about ~1" you don't really have to worry about the front, as that should be able to be aligned to specs via the stock camber "bolts".

You would only have to worry about the back because it already has enough negative camber to make the tire look slanted, ie: (it has much negative camber for stock) so lowering it could add a degree or so, which kinda sucks for tire wear compared to the front, which is still not enough to cause adverse tire wear effects even after lowering, while the back may have too much for comfort...

You should be fine with lowering springs, you won't break anything or hurt the car. Honestly, you don't even need an alignment, but for the sake of tire wear and other stuff, it's best. Plus, an alignment is cheap

After the alignment, just make sure you don't notice any abnormal noises in your suspension. Otherwise, enjoy your new springs and stance! Just don't get too excited and watch out for that subaru understeer !

I'm not sure, but I think -1.6 is fine for tire wear. The alignment shop told me anything over -2 degrees should be adjusted.

If you meant to say camber bolts (I think you did) you might as well order a set before you install the springs because you have to remove them for installation of springs. The only bad thing about installing them yourself is that you may have a big difference in camber on both sides so you might want to go streight to allignment shop afterwards. The Whiteline bolts I bought were barely too big and the shop had to sand a tiny bit off to get them to fit. They could have possible pounded them in but they felt safer sanding them down.

It should be alright, as long as the drop is not too dramatic, which the pro kit is not.

I had pro kit on my old integra and the camber didnt change but when I switched to coil-overs and lowered it more I had to get a camber kit.

If the rear of your car wasnt adjustable like a WRX and your camber didnt change, your springs didnt lower the car. If you lower a car the car will have more - camber.
