I think it'd be a great idea to get GT springs. It'll firm up the ride a bit and not be a huge drop. Combine that with KYB GR2's and you'll have a much better handling Legacy. If you want a little more, get a bigger rear swaybar. Whiteline makes Legacy bars as well as a few other manufacturers.

If you haven't already, you should check out the Toronto Subaru Club and the Toronto Legacy Club. There are lots of local vendors who can get you parts and there are some Legacy guys who are selling their suspensions. I'd would have sold you my GT springs, but somebody bought them from me at the end of last year. We're having a big meet on April 18, you should come out!
