Question Making a GC8 top fit on a GDA

I searched and found nothing, just wanted to get that out of the way.

Well, as the title suggests, I am curious if a GC8 strut top mount can be modified to fit a GDA, or if I could just bolt up a GC8 strut top to a GDA. In the same line, would I be able to use a GDA strut top with a GC8 suspension? I'd like to find out as I am trying to save some money on a suspension kit and I found a nice coilover kit for hundreds less (for GC8) than the same kit for a GDA. Any help appreciated. Peace.

If the top mounts have camber adjustment, then they will not be working properly. The tops will bolt on, but the camber slits will be diagonal.

I don't wanna tell anyone what the set is, because I don't anyone to buy them out from under me, but they are veddy veddy nice

So camber adjustable= no work , but will a pillowball setup work (non camber Adjust)? Or should I just go with an STi Group N hard mount, or something like it?
Thanks for the help.

You COULD use the camber adjustement to give more CASTER which would ROCK.....

I'm all about caster, makes my car faster on the street races, just like my NOS....

SO, if it's camber adjustable up top, it will still bolt in OK, but the camber adjustment will be useless, correct? So, let's say I took a full coilover kit for a GC8 and it was camber adjustable, it will fit on my car correctly, although i will not be able to use the camber plates, right? I just want to make sure before i make an expensive mistake. Again, tanks for the help.
