We use the RCE springs on our i-club project STI. Reasonable drop and good ride quality compared to stock. Has held up very well in street class time attack as well.

tein s tech look awesome but ride like crap, just be prepared to visit your physical theripist once you've ditched the stock setup, i have heard a lot of good things about the swifts i think maybe i'll rock a set once i get my exhaust finished(dp first!)

i love vancouver and victoria, had tons of great times there...theres world one performance you could always drive down to in seattle, washington its like 4 hrs away from you..
