Koni Inserts+ProKit+WRX= ?????

I am looking into the Koni inserts with my prokit and am wondering what people have to say. I'm sure lots of people must be using this set up do to the relitive low cost. I drive very hard and do some track playing as well. I don't really want to lower the car anymore so coilovers seem a bit pricey. Thanks for any feedback.

Sounds like a good plan. Koni has an excellent rep overall, so I wouldn't have a probelm getting them for one of my own vehicles. Really the only thing to compare them to is the KYB AGX, and I don't see any reason to expect any dropoff in quality or fit from the Konis. The actual damping rates of the inserts though could obviously vary.

Koni + Prodrive

My rig is set up with the Koni + Prodrive Springs + STi GpN top hats in the front. I had a set of "final pre-production" KYB AGX struts for the WRX installed as a final fit test working with KYB out here in Chicago Land. I had about 5K miles on the AGX's and have put the Koni's back on this weekend. My advice is that you cannot go wrong with the Koni's. Too many advantages to having the valving be infinitely variable within a range vice 4 set positions. Plus they are rebuildable. And by all means replace the top hats in the front at least. The rears are OK. More gains to be had with end links, and lateral link bushing changes.

Good Luck!
