hey mike, i got into an accident a long time ago and the driver side of the car was damaged.. had to get some stuff replaced.. after it was repaired i got it aligned and the caster was 2.8fl and 3.5fr.. i thought the alk would raise the caster but for some reason it didnt.. im actually getting lower caster than before.. 2.6fl and 3.4fr.. which is very wierd =P

i got alum. control arms on the way and hopefully that fixes the issue.. if it doesnt then i guess the caster plates might be the only thing to get the cross caster even..

posted my recent alignment info on nasioc:

The ALK bushings are NOT in backwards. I installed them on Bobby's car myself in the exact same orientation they were in my WRX and I had ZERO castor issues.

The ALK is almost idiot proof. The left and right sides are clearly marked with labels which also indicate which direction goes up against the frame. Because of the unique shape of the ALK, it won't fit with the bushing in backwards (as long as you have the left on the left and the right on the right ).
