As per another post, this is some more relavent info....


The ones that list a number like 119-129 means it's a progressive rate spring.

Prodrive P1          215              195 

Whiteline            190              150-170

From the above post, the non-progressvie springs like the STi one and Prodrive P1 spring are relatively stiff, and the Tein s is extremely comfy and soft. The rest are more inline with each other and vary about 5-10% in stiffness.
