Hotchkis Suspension @ The Tire Rack

We've begun carrying Hotchkis at The Tire Rack! These are the folks that make the hollow sway bars, aluminum end links, camber plates, coils, you name it. They do their homework and get it right. Just give me a call if you're curious, otherwise the items will start appearing on our website any day now.

It's in stock. I'll be putting on the Sport hollow sway bars tonight - expect a small report in the morning...

Unbelievable. Put the front and rear sport sways on last night in about four hours. I can't believe I waited this long. These should be issued with the car from the dealer. My wagon handles like an absolute champ with no other suspension modifications and no side effects. Buy sway bars. Buy them wherever you'd like, just buy them. I can't believe how much more fun the car is to drive.

Actually, we do have great prices. What I was saying that a swaybar upgrade, any swaybar upgrade, needs to be done on a WRX. In my case, the Hotchkiss is amazing. Choose your own brand/retailer, but stiffened swaybars do wonders for this car - period.

Even one that weighs half as much and comes with endlinks?

Dexter, will you have old body style parts in stock?

i think they are reasonable. the swaybar set can be found for ~$350. that includes those nifty upgraded brackets with those grease thingies. I dont think any other upgraded brackets for rear swaybars have those grease fittings. very trick. plus they are hollow swaybars. Thats only about $30 more than what you would pay for a set of cusco's with whiteline brackets. with that extra $30 u get the grease fittings AND lighter swaybars!

Half of $370 is $185. The hotchkis setup has grease fittings on the heavy duty brackets, and they are hollow, making them lighter than not only aftermarket upsized bars, but lighter even than the stockers. They are also sized slightly larger than most other bar sets. I think that despite the slightly higher cost, they are as good a value as any other set.
